Privacy Policy
This policy explains how feellin.school and its native iOS app use data.
Last updated: 29 September 2026 · Nederlands
feellin.school is provided by Feellin. Feellin is responsible for processing personal data.
For privacy questions, use feellin.school/contact or email info@feellin.school.
The iPhone app works without an account and does not ask for your name, date of birth or email address. We only process what is needed to provide the service:
We use data to create study sets and explanations, process and restore purchases, answer questions, fix problems and prevent abuse. We do this to provide the requested service, with consent where required, for our legitimate interest in a secure service and to comply with legal duties.
Selected learning pages are processed securely to create study material. We use specialised service providers that receive only the information needed for this task.
Only upload material you are allowed to use and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. We do not use learning content for advertising or personal advertising profiles.
We only share data with service providers needed for hosting, automated processing, App Store purchases and support. Where required, appropriate data protection arrangements are in place. We do not sell personal data.
Payments are handled by Apple. feellin.school does not receive complete payment card details.
Source photos and temporary processing data are deleted when they are no longer needed. A generated study set may remain on our server for up to 24 hours to recover an interrupted delivery. It then remains only on your iPhone until you delete the set or app.
Access, purchase, security and administration data are retained only for as long as needed or legally required.
The public website only uses essential technology and local storage to work correctly and remember your cookie preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
feellin.school is made for learners. We encourage a parent or guardian to be involved when there are questions about a child's personal data.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. Because the app has no account, we may ask you to contact us from the relevant device.
Use our contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
We take appropriate measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely risk-free.
If our practices change, we update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page.
